I specialise in helping women navigate the complexities of peri-menopause and menopause through strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching.
At this stage of life, many women feel like their body has changed without warning - weight gain, sore joints, poor sleep, low energy, brain fog, and anxiety can all start to show up. What used to work no longer does, and it can feel frustrating and confusing trying to figure out why.
This isn’t a lack of effort - it’s a shift in hormones.
My role is to help you understand what’s happening in your body and guide you with a clear, evidence-based approach.
I combine strength training, smart nutrition, and simple lifestyle strategies specifically designed for female physiology during menopause. Together, we focus on rebuilding strength, improving energy, supporting recovery, and helping you feel more like yourself again.
This is not about quick fixes. It’s about giving you the knowledge, structure, and support to train and live in a way that works with your body long term.
Many of the women I work with no longer feel comfortable in a traditional gym environment. I coach from a fully equipped private home studio, providing a calm, supportive space where you can focus on your training without pressure or intimidation. This allows for a more personalised, focused coaching experience, tailored entirely to you.
Alongside my in-person coaching, I work with women online who are training in commercial gyms but want a more specialised, menopause-informed approach. They’re often doing the work, but not seeing results - and need clear structure, guidance, and a strategy that actually aligns with their body at this stage of life.
