Yes. We only publish profiles from verified, qualified coaches. You'll upload your credentials during setup and can update your profile anytime. We prefer REPS registered Personal Trainers in New Zealand.
Absolutely. Your Coach Dashboard helps you: Manage availability and bookings. Communicate with clients. Process payments via Stripe. Build programmes and workouts. Sell subscriptions and digital products. Scouty stays simple, clean and human-first — no bloated, confusing tools.
Sign up as a coach. Complete your profile and services. Upload your qualifications. Once verified, you'll appear in searches for clients who match your skills and price range.
Choose from a monthly or annual plan, with three options to suit every stage of your coaching journey. No commission. You keep what you earn. Stripe processing fees apply and are charged directly by Stripe. Prices shown on Scouty include NZ taxes such as GST. All coach pricing must be GST-inclusive.
To increase your chances of being featured, our algorithm favours coaches that have: Fully complete your profile. Keep your availability up to date. Respond quickly to enquiries. Collect positive client reviews. Offer bookable services or programmes. Coaches on our Growth Plan also receive boosted visibility.
Your Coach Dashboard is your control centre. Manage availability, bookings, rescheduling and cancellations through the Calendar tab, following Scouty's Terms & Conditions. Payments are handled securely through Stripe. Please note, creating a calendar event doesn't charge a client, you'll send them a Stripe payment link for each service if you're doing the scheduling. If the client books in they'll be prompted to pay via Scouty/Stripe.
Scouty uses Stripe for all transactions. Clients complete payment via Stripe's secure checkout, and coaches receive funds once a session is completed or a product is delivered.
