Hey! Great to meet you! I have been a Strength & Conditioning coach since 2019, prior to that I was a Snowboard Instructor for 4yrs. My biggest passion has always been getting people stronger and fitter to get the most out of life. Whether that is being able to run around with your kids more, tick off multi day hikes, feel faster and stronger on your bike, or simply just being able to move for longer as you age.
My role as your coach is to really listen to your needs, goals, exercise history, so I can truly understand where you are at and where you want to go. I am not about overcomplicated workouts that leave you wrecked. I focus on efficient and effective training, that will help get you the results you want, and still allow you to enjoy life outside of training.
My programming is designed around YOU, your lifestyle, your background, your goals. You are never too new, too old, too young, too broken, too anything, if you have the right program and support!
I have worked with a full range of clients, from gym-newbies to seasoned athletes. My main passion lies within performance, but performance doesn't mean you need to be competiting at something. I love when a client comes to be with a goal of being able to do push ups, just as much as an injured athlete trying to get back to their peak.
