My coaching journey began running fitness classes across multiple gyms in Christchurch while completing my Level 5/6 Diploma in Sport, Recreation, and Performance.
Today, I work one-on-one with clients to help them move better, get stronger, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health and wellbeing. I specialise in working with beginners, people returning to exercise after time away, and those who want clear guidance without the confusion that often comes with fitness.
Having experienced chronic pain myself, I understand how frustrating and limiting it can be when your body isn't performing the way you want it to.
