Becoming qualified as a personal trainer in 2015, I have worked with clients from all walks of life from complete beginners to the everyday athlete.
With 5 years Personal Training experience and 13 years of gym experience paired with a lifelong love of sports, I have developed a strong eye for detail that I bring to every session, ensuring you get the most out of our time together.
Exercising in the gym at age 16. After five years of intense training, injuries led me to question how I can keep my body healthy long-term. This sparked a deeper interest in Functional Training, Mobility & Recovery. More recently I’ve started studying Strength and Conditioning with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) to keep building on that knowledge.
Working with me means an energised and well thought-out workout/program. Combine that with a well rounded look at building healthy habits that will last long after your goal is surpassed.
