I'm Izzy - Personal Trainer, Online Coach, Pilates Instructor, and lover of all things movement. I'm based in Queenstown, New Zealand, and I work with women who want to feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies - both in and out of the gym. I didn't grow up sporty or come from a fitness background. From 16 to 25, I was more about nights out and travelling than training. I spent two years doing 6am HIIT sessions seven days a week, under-fuelling my body, and wondering why nothing was changing. When I finally learned the difference between training my body and punishing it, everything shifted. Strength training gave me an outlet, a routine, and proof that I'm capable - and now I'm on a mission to help other women experience that same transformation. I have helped 100's of women build strength and feel good in their bodies, without the burnout and unrealistic routines. We make it enjoyable, sustainable long term and effective.
