Training for longevity, resilience & performance
Queenstown Personal Trainer with 22+ years of coaching experience
I’ve been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2003, originally earning my Level 3 PT in the UK and later completing my Level 4 Personal Training qualification here in New Zealand. With over two decades in the industry, I’ve coached across the UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, working with a wide range of clients and performance goals.
My coaching experience spans rehab and longevity training for older adults (predominantly ages 60–80), body recomposition and weight management, bodybuilding, and strength & conditioning for endurance and hybrid athletes. I’ve prepared clients for events and pursuits including Tough Mudder, marathons, 10km and half-marathon races, mountain biking, HYROX, and general athletic performance.
Alongside coaching, I’m an active PT assessor, helping educate and qualify the next generation of personal trainers, ensuring high standards across the industry. I currently manage the team and operations at Industrial Fitness in Queenstown, where I also coach and deliver performance-focused training.
My approach is grounded in smart programming, long-term results, and building resilient, capable bodies that perform well in sport — and in everyday life. I’m currently completing my HYROX Level 1 Coaching Certification to further support hybrid and high-performance athletes.
